Is there a doctor on board?

Virtually every cruise ship has a fully-equipped medical facility and staff to handle almost any medical emergency. We recommend that you pack, in your carry-on luggage, an adequate supply of your prescription medications (in the original container). If you have a medical condition that may require attention, you may want to contact the cruise line directly prior to departure. Evacuation procedures are in place if needed.
